Please allow up to two business weeks after we receive your check for purchases made with a personal check by mail. It takes this long for the check to clear your bank the the product to be shipped If you choose to pay by credit card or e-check, allow 3 to 7 business days depending on method of shipping.

Do you give discounts on large orders? Yes, contact our Sales department for specific details. Also check our site regularly for sales.
What is your return policy? If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, contact either Personal Service (for individuals) or Corporate Service (for companies) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please return the product in its original packaging for a full refund. Do you charge a "re-stocking" fee on returned items? No, there is no restocking fee on items return shipped within two weeks of the customer receiving the product. However, a fair repair fee may be charged for items returned that have more than "fair wear and tear" damage
Can you send me a printed catalog? Absolutely! Please contact either Personal Sales (for individuals) or Corporate Sales (for companies) with your mailing address.
How about shipping? Your order will be shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. (An additional fee will be charged for other shipping methods) Can you ship outside the United States? Yes.
